The course covers reading and analysing fiction and non-fiction texts, writing creatively, and developing transactional writing skills.
It is assessed through two written exams that test reading and writing skills. There is also a spoken language endorsement assessed separately.
Each of the two written exams lasts 1 hour and 45 minutes.
To revise English Language effectively, focus on practising past papers, improving your writing techniques, and analysing a range of texts. Building your vocabulary and understanding of language techniques will also help you approach the exams with confidence.
