Circumference
The total distance around the edge of a circle.
Chord
A straight line connecting two points on the circumference of a circle, but not passing through the centre.
Tangent
A straight line that touches the circle at exactly one point.
Arc
A part of the circumference of a circle.
Sector
A region of a circle enclosed by two radii and an arc.
Segment
A region of a circle enclosed by a chord and the arc it subtends.
Centre
The fixed point in the middle of a circle that is equidistant from all points on the circumference.
